I'm still out here somewhere...

So my blog has been left for dead - sorry and oops.  Turns out that medical school is a slightly bigger commitment than I thought it would be, and Sounding Bored has fallen by the wayside.  Once I get a big test out of the way Monday morning, part of my post-test catharsis will be some serious posting.  I’ve got some ideas that have been bouncing around my head, including why I and other men get so pissed off when someone fucks with a hat we’re wearing.  Until then-

I could not be more excited to see this guy and his band play.  I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone who can put so much feeling into his guitar tone - in the words of John Mayer, “Derek does something no one else can do.  He can make his guitar sound like a 50-year-old female soul singer”.  If you have nothing to do tonight, you should be joining me for some serious tunes.
